Applications of high-speed counter-current chromatography
(HSCCC) for the separations of antibiotics, cyclosporins and
isoflavones, by a marine Micromonospora and macrolides
including tacrolimus, ascomycin, and dihydroFk-506 are described.
The application of silver ion HSCCC technique in the separation
of tacrolimus from its components is also described.
