This review summarizes the determination methods
for biologically active compounds, such as pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals,
and biogenic amines, by ultra-performance liquid chromatography
coupled with mass spectrometry. The typical applications using
the method are also described in this study, together with the
characteristics of the methods.
